These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 55bat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 55bat website, mobile interface and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots and any other gaming or wagering content made available through the platform.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager or participating in any promotion offered by 55bat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 55bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and, at the Platform's discretion, withholding of any winnings derived from abusive conduct.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly should any information change. 55bat is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.
The Platform is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where the Platform does not hold a valid licence to operate. Users are responsible for determining whether access is lawful in their jurisdiction. Residents of Pakistan should refer to Section 1 (Introduction) regarding local legal considerations.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified 55bat of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.
Before processing any withdrawal, 55bat may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued CNIC or passport, together with such additional documentation as may reasonably be requested. Documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform may apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the operator's then-current schedule of fees, which will be notified to the Account holder in advance. The Platform will not apply fees that reduce the Account Balance below zero.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding wagers will be settled in the normal course. Real-Money Funds remaining in the Account following settlement will be returned to a verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier and may change without advance notice. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. The listing of these payment references does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or partnership between 55bat and any payment service provider. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method supports gambling transactions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method. For illustrative reference, minimum deposits are commonly set at PKR 1,000; however, the binding figures are those displayed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. The Platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times depend on the payment method selected, third-party provider timelines and the completeness of the User's verification documentation. No specific processing time is guaranteed.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner of the payment instrument used. The Platform reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request supporting documentation where there is reasonable cause to do so, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Where PKR is supported as a display and transaction currency, all balances, deposits and withdrawals will be processed in Pakistani Rupees. Where cryptocurrency is used, conversion rates at the time of transaction apply. The Platform is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, together with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. For illustrative reference: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means PKR 1,50,000 of qualifying wagers must be placed. The specific multiplier, eligible games and game-contribution percentages are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
While a bonus is active and the Wagering Requirement has not been completed, a maximum bet per round or per spin applies. This limit is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
If the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the period specified in the promotion terms, the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. Expiry periods typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date of opt-in, depending on the offer.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, suspension or permanent closure of the Account and, where appropriate, withholding of winnings: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using two or more Accounts for matched-betting or arbitrage; exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus credit; and any other conduct that the Platform reasonably determines to be an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the Platform's sportsbook rules, which are published separately. Odds are displayed in decimal format. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in the event of manifest error, system fault or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular wagering patterns.
In-play markets are available on selected events including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC events. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted or declined on the basis of the odds available at the moment of acceptance. Delays in internet connectivity may affect the odds displayed to the User; the Platform is not liable for bets accepted at odds affected by such delays where the User has been notified of the delay through the interface.
All casino games use certified random-number-generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in each game's paytable or information panel. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes and is not liable for outcomes resulting from the inherent mathematical house edge of any game.
In the event that a sporting event or game is cancelled, suspended or abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable rules, any wagers placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account balance. Specific settlement rules are detailed in the sportsbook rules document.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds held in the Account and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bat shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; or (c) any losses arising from interruption of service, system failure, communication errors or third-party provider failures, whether or not 55bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55bat makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
55bat is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of gambling activity. The User accepts that all wagers are placed voluntarily and that the outcomes of games and sporting events are inherently uncertain.
55bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the User has breached these Terms, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Real-Money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User following completion of applicable verification checks, unless there are grounds for withholding them under these Terms or applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by either party at the time of closure.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body of the governing jurisdiction, as specified by the operator's licence conditions. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may apply Pakistani law independently of these Terms and that the outcome of any dispute may depend on the applicable legal framework.
55bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users who do not agree with any amendment may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.2. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
